Nice friendly service Willing to go the extra mile

I went into the dreams store and explained that I needed a new pillow, and I was amazed how passionate and knowledgeable Lee (the gentleman was served me) was. He explained different pillows depending how you sleep, he even used the pillow that was on the bed originally and ask me to lay on it and I feel the difference immediately. I didn't know so much goes on in one pillow. I have been taught.

Friendly staff, didn't pounce on you as you walked in the door, listened to needs and recommended products to try.

I was served by a man called Lee and he provided excellent customer service, providing me with extensive product knowledge and offers. He tailored his world class service to my needs.

The sales assistant was polite, knowledgeable and thorough.

Martyn was very attentive and had good knowledge of the product, he didn't rush us and was on hand when needed.

We were offered tea/coffee, the sales advisor was knowledgeable and gave us time alone with the product.

The reason for me being highly satisfied was because the service I received as soon as I entered the store I was very pleased. I received good service from the start of my visit to the end of my visit.

I find the staff very helpful in there. They take their time with you and show you the variety of beds, pillows. They check the bed meets your needs. I have a bad back so we took our time looking at all the different beds which would be beneficial to me. I was very happy when I left. Will definitely recommend Dreams to my friends.
