The assistance I received when in store was second to none. The sales assistant's knowledge on the products available was extremely helpful and made choosing the right bed that much easier.

Store Manager was able to access our needs almost immediately, he steared us to the most appropiate product, he then did not hound us, let us walk round and try products at our leisure, however, also giving us valuable imput when necessary.

We walked in to decide on a mattress and the gentleman who spoke with us the weekend before, remembered us in great detail, again without looking at any documentation proceeded to show is the mattresses we were looking at, didn't over load us with lots of questions, and when we made a decision placed our order in a speedy manner, we were offered refreshments whilst we were at the store also which was a lovely touch to the very pleasant stress free experience

Lee the colleague was both helpful and knowledgeable and attentive.

We could not afford the bed we wanted so just brought a mattress ex display the assistant Dean did not pressure us into anything was extremely knowledgeable and gave us pillows excellent customer service

Lee was very helpful and was able to advise on suitable products. Lee was also friendly and accommodating. Lee greeted and offer me and my family drinks which made the experience enjoyable. Lee also offered pillows at a very good price.

I was greeted.by Lee who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me greatly throughout my shop for a new bed after having spinal surgery and nothing was too much for him. He even moved one mattress onto a different bed base for me to try. I would suggest that Lee be acknowledged and rewarded in some way as he was fantastic throughout my visit. To the Romford store.
