We were made to feel wanted from arrival to completion, we were offered refreshments, Martyn was understanding our needs and recommended different from the item we originally picked based on the information gleaned from us and the price was in our budget. Thank you

The guys in store were awesome...I got there and had a 30 minute wait for my son to arrive as the bed was for him...they made me feel completely at ease....made me coffee which was definitely a winner...and then we sat chatting and laughing about life in general while we waited...an awesome shopping experience and thanks to the 2 gentlemen that served me i would now never shop anywhere else

Very impressed with our visit. Extremely helpful and informative staff - especially Martyn. The staff did not mind how long we took trying each bed and even offered us pillows to help us get the right experience. We did only stop to have a browse, but we were very happy when we tried out the Tempur mattress that we made our decision there and then!!! And even better to learn that we would receive our new mattress within a week!! What more could we want!! We are now on serious countdown for a good night's sleep!!! Thank you to everyone at the Dreams store. We will definitely recommend.

Very friendly and aproachable. Made us cups of tea whilst we were browsing. Explained which type of beds would meet our needs. We ended up buying a mattress and so did our daughter.

The Staff member within the store asked if there was anything in particular that i was looking for so when i showed him the bed i had in mind he said it was a online one but had the mattress in store that i could look at and when i see and felt i had changed my mind. Lee (dreams staff member) was very helpful with supporting me find what i wanted

We were given the correct information as to our needs and not what the rep was trying to sell to us. He understood wht we required and was very helpful in offering various alternatives

I work in customer service. the guys were polite and knowledgeable. tea coffee offer bit over the top but nice gesture. They surviced our requirements fully and quickly to our satisfaction

The bed we have tried was of very good quality and alll the options were plenty.
