Very friendly and helpful staff. No pressure to buy any product - we were left alone to discuss and try out the beds. Staff regularly checked to see if we had any questions or needed anything clarified.

We were served by Lee. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He was also very helpful without being a pushy salesman and gave us time to consider all our options. This meant when we left the shop we were confident we had chosen the right bed and mattress for us. The process of purchasing our product was very smooth and efficient.

The gentleman Lee who served me was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted rather than just push me towards the most expensive option which is the case in a lot of shops these days.. I ended up spending less than i planned to which makes a pleasant change for me! Wonderful guy..

Walking into the store, we were greeted in a very pleasant manner. No pressure selling, and no sales person hovering around. When we asked for advice Lee was very informative, and was so helpful. This made the purchase a pleasure and not a chore. We were offered refreshment while we made up our minds which product to buy. Overall, it was an easy purchase, in a relaxed atmosphere. Other stores can learn a lot from the staff at Romford in how to create a good shopping experience. Thank you Lee.

The salesman was very friendly and didn't push or pressure us into buying. He answered all of our questions, made us tea and let us lay on almost every bed, informing us about each one until we found the right one!
