Almost as soon as we wandered into the store and started browsing we were asked if we needed any help - but not in a pushy way. Martyn answered our initial questions, provided a range of possibilities for us to consider, and then offered us a cup of tea whilst we deliberated. At no time did he 'hover' and we were able to reach our decision after a couple of further questions by us without pressure. We then went to him to place the order rather than having a salesperson pressing for our custom. A pleasant relaxed atmosphere where it was a pleasure to shop.

The salesman called Lee could not have been more helpful. I needed a bed to support my bad back & he encouraged me to take my time & try different beds. He also offered us refreshments if required. I would not hesitate to use this Dreams store again or recommend to others. Thank you
