Our assistant Faye was so helpful explaining all the different types of beds ranging from soft medium or firm and the different colour coding which we went for Red.

I was shopping with my 22 year old son who wanted to buy a double bed. Jayne, the Dreams advisor, was extremely helpful. She tested my sons pressure points and asked him appropriate questions regarding his preferences, She then took him on a tour of the beds and encouraged him to try them out. She was very attentive, supportive and effective within her role. When he had made his choice, she processed the order quickly and efficiently alongside her line manager. The whole process was easy - and we were even offered beverages!
