Dreams - Solihull

The members of Staff who dealt with us were brilliant. The only downside was the computer system which took about 30mins to complete the order.

When we first entered the store it was spacious and we could see where we needed to go. We received a friendly warm welcome by TK. Who asked us questions about our situation and seemed engaged with us. When we explained that it was our first time buying a bed, he explained everything carefully and made sure we understood before proceeding. Where he went onto frames and mattresses and encouraged us to try different ones. Which I personally think was best so we could decide which mattress was best for us. When picking the frame, TK gave us plenty of time to look around and decide for ourselves without probing too much. He was also patient with us when we finally decided which one, he helped get the process started, and asked about accessories which we hadn't even thought of at the time. TK advised us which was popular and let us decide again before heading back to arrange dates and payment. Again he was very knowledgable and was still getting to know us. TK was friendly, very helpful and made the process alot smoother for us personally, and we can't thank him enough for that.

The assistance we received was excellent the sales person was not pushy and spent as much time as we needed to ensure we had all our questions answered and assisted us to make our decision. His knowledge of the product and the time spent ensuring we fully understood the working of the bed was very good.

Having visited the Benson's Beds store immediately prior to my visit to Dreams, there was a marked difference immediately apparent in the service offering at Dreams - regardless of whether I was to make a purchase or not at this stage. Mark, who dealt with us afforded the time we required and clearly had full knowledge of all products which is very reassuring as we were looking for a bed for our teenage son. At no time did I feel pressured, in fact quite the opposite and Mark was such a pleasure to deal with I felt compelled to seek out the the Store Manager and mention the same - In my employment I look to share success stories and I was very impressed..!

I spoke to Mark, explained what I was looking for and price range I had in mind , he was very helpful.

I was given the time to browse on my own but help was there when I needed it. The machine which calculated which mattress I needed was a little slow starting up and recommended the softest mattress possible, which seemed a bit strange , but Takunda who served me immediately came to assist and we looked at several medium mattresses, Takunda talked me through each one and gave me different pillows to try too. He was friendly and chatty and seemed to show a genuine interest in me and my needs. As I am moving house soon but don't have a moving date I decided to have the bed now, and collection of my old bed was also arranged. It was good to know that the date and delivery address can be changed too. As there was a sale on I felt I was getting a bargain too.

Sales assistant was very helpful & obliging in all matters

Assistant was very friendly, Sandra was helpful, explained everything in detail about the products, quality, durability etc., demonstrated some products and discussed budget and best possible items.

The sales assistant was friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the products and was able to offer good advice. This greatly helped us with with our decision in respect of our choice of mattress.

The assistant was very helpful and pleasant he obviously new his job but left us to browse and try out the beds until we had made up out minds. Then he came to us and we closed the deal ! A very nice young man, a credit to Dreams!
