Assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. We were given chance to browse and told the qualities of different products in different price ranges.

Assistance in selection was informative, friendly and speedy. However, one will not be able to specify product satisfaction until the goods have been delivered and are in use!

THE young man in the store was very helpful polite and approachable.I found what I wanted and he knew his products.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, with both the customers and each other. All of them made pleasant conversation and seemed genuinely happy to work with each other. All questions were answered thoroughly making the entire experience better than any other retail outlet. Special mention for Chris and Faye who went the extra mile in their friendly customer service.

This will be my third visit to the Dreams store in Solihull and all the times I have been very satisfied with the level of service and customer care. In particular, my latest visit was extremely pleasing as Fay who served me was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with.
