The assistant, Sandra, was extremely helpful and tried hard to help me choose items that I was happy with. No time pressure and she was also prepared to talk generally giving a really relaxed and pleasant visit. Plenty of choice and Sandra was knowledgeable about the various options and did not pressure me about what to choose etc.

The assistant Day at Solihull store was friendly and professional throughout. She had thorough product knowledge without being pushy. Fay took time to make us a coffee and involved the kids in the conversation. Overall she was excellent.

First time buying a mattress and the staff were very helpful

As soon as we entered the shop we were welcomed with happy smiling staff .the gentleman that we first spoke to took the time to explain the difference with regards to the colours eg purple blue green ,memory foam spring ect Then after we had lay on a few beds a lady called Sandra spoke to us and spent time helping us select a few beds to try again which we did and then felt we could order one with having to go elsewhere Well done team

A great selection of products and Sandra (salesperson) was incredibly helpful with excellent product knowledge, demonstrating a range of products without us feeling under any pressure to buy.

Very friendly and approachable lady assisted me in finding what I was looking for (I specifically went to look at the Eva mattress) and completed the sale quickly and efficiently

We have just acquired a new bed and the excellent service we received from the salesman known as Tk deserves acknowledging. There was no heavy sales pitch and we were left to browse and try out different mattresses at our own leisure till we were sure. With TK providing us with sound advice and a much needed coffee it made the whole experience worthy of praise. Thank you TK and dreams.
