For all reasons ticked. Friendly welcoming sales person. Offered a coffee ... most welcome. Provided Lots of information both volunteered & when asked.. good combination. No obvious pressure experienced to achieve a sale but not complacent either. Left to consider, compare, decide. Given quote & good follow up sales response. Thoughtfully suggested placing an order by telephone to avoid having to make another journey. This made or decision really. There are lots of other beds& mattresses on line & probably cheaper but being given the information. A chance to try out & personal attention all swayed it for us. Cleary the quality of the products the final deciding factor. Felt could have been given a more significant discount though when asked. As paid £800 cash. However will return

The gentleman who served us (Mark) was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly and in detail. The sale was quick and straightforward and we were able to select exactly when we wanted the bed delivered.

Chris was very welcoming and friendly, he had excellent knowledge of the products and really took the time to understand my needs and offered an excellent range of products. When I re-visited to place my order TK recognised me from my previous visit and was really friendly, he was very efficient at placing my order. I’m looking forward to receiving my bed in a few weeks! Chris helped us find a bed frame and mattress that fitted well within our budget. We went in with a specific bed frame in mind, and with the assistance of Chris we managed to walk out with the bed frame, and a very comfortable mattress to fit on order.

The salesman Mark at the Solihull store was so helpful, not pushy, gave us time to look and was there when we needed advice. The order went through quickly and overall was very efficient.
