today i visited your dreams store in shirley with my 80year old mother and we were served by TK he was very professionable and he new exactly what we were looking for ,my mother had a recent back operation and her body is very senstive so it wasnt easy to find the right mattress but due to TK great help we managed to find one.many thanks again to him,he is a very valuable colleague.

I had been in to browse a few days before I purchased the bed, was greeted by a friendly staff member who then helped me with my query of finding a bed with a lot of under bed storage. He was extremely helpful and immediately showed me beds that I would be interested in. A few days later I returned to the store, ready to order and was immediately helped by a lovely lady, so easy to do business with. Polite and likeable. Incredible customer service
