The person who dealt with us was very friendly, and sympathetic to my back problem. She did not try and sell me or push me into any product which I specifically said I did not want. She allowed time for my husband and I to discuss things before buying, offering us a drink we accepted. She even solved my problem with pillows. Bless her.

Takunde was extremely welcoming and approachable. He was very warm and enquired about our needs before giving us advice and encouraging us to try some beds. He could answer all questions and his product knowledge was impeccable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our decision. We bought the product because of him.

The gentleman at the Shirley store 'Chris, was extremely helpful. He ran up & down stairs for tape measures & catalogues which I really appreciated - especially as we were in the middle of a great wave!
