Very efficient and friendly. Was the only customer in the store but was very well looked after. Offered a drink, was helped with picking a mattress and testing one out.

Speedy process and the sales assistant Sandra was very helpful

Both Rick and Chris’ customer service was ‘top notch’. We have been anticipating the arrival of our mattress and now it’s finally here! We were kept up to date with regards to delivery, to the half hour. Delivery Team were superb and professional! My daughter now wants a new mattress and pillow like ours! Thanks Guys - it’s been a ‘Dream’ 😊

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by friendly staff. Faye our colleague was knowledgeable, helpful, very polite and not at all pushy. She gave us time to choose and when we were ready took our order in a very professional way , obviously knowing what she was talking about

Chris was a superb salesperson, explained everything with no pressure.

We were looked after by Sandra in Solihull retail park she was great, all the staff were very nice but she helped us tremendously, very organised, great customer service, not enough if that around anymore, all in all fantastic

Extremely friendly staff, lovely and polite even those that were not assisting with the purchase took time to acknowledge me and my sister. The lady serving us, Sandra was very knowledgable, friendly and not in the least bit pushy, she was relaxed in her attitude and made us a lovely coffee. I made my purchase, which i was happy with and i know my sister will definately be going back in the near future for her new bed. I myself will be going back to purchase my new mattress when needed, excellent service.
