The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I was able to order my mattress really quickly with no problems whatsoever.

We were served immediately we entered the shop by a very nice knowledgeable and helpful assistant.

Chris the sales person was not pushy he let us take our time, he was very knowledgeable about the products and suggested that we went away and came back to try the beds again, we were offered refreshments. The rest of the team were also friendly and helpful but not pushy. Comfortable store to shop in.

TK was a very helpful salesman, not pushy, he showed us the different beds & mattresses & helped us with our choice. he didn't rush us, he was friendly & someone who put us at ease. Good selection of beds, good selection of mattresses, knowledgable staff

Akhtar greeted me on the ground floor, I told him what I was looking for, and then showed me all the choices I had. And he wasn't pushy. Which was great. I made my choice, and the paperwork went very smoothly. I was offered refreshments too. Nothing but praise

Sandra was an absolute gem! friendly, informative and treated us like royalty. complete different experience than Benson's next door who treated us like we were poor because we are young and wasn't intrested in us at all. Sandra even took the time to set up the tempur pod for us to watch the video and experience the adjustable bed.
