The level of service was outstanding

Sandra was exceptionally helpful, talked appropriately to my five year old daughter whoes mattress I was buying for. Sandra put no pressure on buying a bed frame, but gave clear and concise information to me.

The sales assistant listened to what we wanted rather than trying to sell us something we didn’t want, and showed us the products that matched our requirements without being pushy or forceful.

At first glance the range of products available is a little disorientating.However the structure and layout of the items was explained and demonstrated swiftly by Sandra who accompanied me throughout my visit (without being intrusive) throughout. With her assistance and obviously my own needs taken into account I was able to narrow the choice down to one of two products.I returned at a later date to finalise my choice but at that time was not ready to order.Again Sandra ably and knowledgeably assisted me. On my third visit (Bank Holiday weekend) I found the price had been reduced and I purchased immediately. Additional needs and available items to accompany my purchase were discussed and delivery times and dates agreed on the spot. Overall a pleasant experience made even better by Sandra's assistance,smiling,welcoming attitude and knowledge. Thank you.

Sales gentleman very helpful and knowledgable , didn’t try to over sell. And left us to make our own choice , but did give us guidance and good advice. I didn’t feel that he was trying to over sell.
