Dreams - Solihull

Mark and the assistant manager TK made my daughter and my partner feel very welcome to the store and gave us all of the knowledge we needed to make the best decision without being pressured. Since my family have little knowledge of beds, Mark was amazing with helping us try different matresses to find the one which suited us most. The store was very clean, proffessional and warm feeling with all beds perfectly displayed giving us a wide range of choice. After visiting other bed stores, Dreams gave us both the best experience and products out of them all and in the future when we purchase our next bed we will deffinatly be visiting Dreams, i cant wait for our amazing bed to arrive. The colour coding of the beds was what I liked on my first visit to your store! It made it much easier to pick the beds I liked the feel of. Your staff were most friendly and knowledgeable compared to your rivals and I felt like the products were of a premium quality to the other bed stores. I have to say I have found nothing to complain about, a good service with a quality product!
