Chris in the Solihull branch was very attentive and patient. He was very knowledgeable about all the products in store and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was patient as we spent time deciding colours and headboard options, and assisted in helping us decide in a leisurely manner. The service Chris provided was exceptional and he is an integral part of why we rate dreams so highly. We also like the dreams are able to remove old beds and assemble the new beds, making the whole process so much easy! We're very happy customers.

All of the staff who assisted us were very friendly and knowledgeable. Faye in particular knew a lot about the products, gave helpful advice and was also really easy to talk to. We enjoyed the temper experience booth and our complimentary hot chocolate. The tempur products were just what we were looking for - cool touch, supportive foam plus ease of movement. Great range and clearly labelled.

The salesman was excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful but not too pushy.

The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. She gave god advice but allowed me time to make my decisions. There was a good selection of products and I was given a pillow to use while trying the beds.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable about all the TEMPUR range and imparted his insight which really helps us to evaluate the product's versions and sub-versions. Having researched the project myself online I was convinced the TEMPUR Hybrid was the right option, however, after a hour or so relaxing of the mattresses and getting a proper feel for how each variant reacts ... it become clear that actual the TEMPUR Contour Elite CoolTouch (250mm) was the right choice for us. We also spent time evaluating the different pillow options both my wife and I select the Comfort Cloud. Altogether, an excellent shopping experience at Dreams.
