Dreams - Solihull

We visited other stores before going to Dreams. We found that we were bombarded in other stores and the staff tried to pressure us into buyING. However Dreams was totally different. The staff were welcoming but not over bearing. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We were served by a lovely gentleman, who walked us through the products that matched our criteria. He was very patient and he even made us coffee. We walked away delighted with our purchase and shall be returning. Thank you Dreams

I was highly satisfied, due to being met at the door for assistants, and being able to find what we wanted almost straight away. Me and my partner were given a few options after explaining what we needed. Sandra was very helpful and efficient with trying to get us the best product for what we needed. We didn’t need to spend a lot of time in the shop due to the assistance we had, this works well for me and my partner as we don’t like shopping for things like this.

The salesman was very helpful knowledgeable, and friendly without being intrusive.

We were assisted by Faye who was very welcoming and friendly without being pushy. She had a good knowledge of the products on offer and understood our individual needs and requirements which helped us greatly in choosing the mattress and bed frame we ordered.

I found the assistance from Chris brilliant, he was knowledgeable and listened to our list of requirements and issues we find with our current bed. He used what we had said and gave us plenty of options, both value through to Luxury without pressure to do the hard sell. He was fair and considered in his approach and didn't loom over us. I went away and considered what we had learnt and did my normal process of searching the internet for deals but didn't feel the level of comfort Chris had given us. I went against every large purchase I've ever made and returned the next day to buy it in store. I knew I would only have bought it from Chris so if he wasn't there I would have come back another day. This is the first time I have ever purchased a large household item in a store and am really pleased to have done so.
