The overall experience was excellent from start to finish;

Staff were very friendly, helpful and well-informed on all questions regarding products in which we expressed interest. There was no sense of our being pressurised to buy and we were given ample time to make up our own minds. Refreshments were offered and accepted, whilst we were considering our purchase. All in all, the entire experience was very pleasant and we were very satisfied with our ultimate deal.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Chris. Fantastic at explaining the different options to me in terms of bed frame and mattresses. Exceptionally knowledgable and not pushy - left me to refine the options and then we discussed the last two in terms of pros and cons to come to a well considered decision. What I particularly liked was the fact he asked open questions which led me to make the decision rather than impart his view. This is so important when choosing a bed as it’s a very subjective process. He even gave me a special temper pillow to take round with me, I will definitely be purchasing one of those! Very easy ordering and payment. Can’t wait to receive my new bed. In short a very pleasant experience. I will be highly recommending Dreams to my friends and family and will certain,be a returning customer. Thank you.
