The salesman (takunda) come over all friendly and I explained that I was having problems sleeping etc he showed me beds that would be ideal then went through and told us everything about the bed. I liked how he wasn't pushy there is nothing more annoying than someone pushing you to buy something. I went to Benson for beds 2 doors down and the woman didn't really have knowledge of the beds and then when I went towards a tempur mattress she was practically dragging me over to the office to buy it and I ended up just walking out no one wants to be hassled or pushed by a salesman when shopping. So 5* goes to takunda for his professionalism and was very polite.
