The sale assistant Sandra was very helpful without being pushy. She answered all our questions and allowed us to proceed at our own pace until we were comfortable with our decision. She dealt with us fairly.

Excellent service from both FAYE and SANDRA. These ladies were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I originally went to a competitor (Bensons) but found the salesman patronising. Customer service is very important to me and these ladies went the extra mile.
