I was given excellent service but not hounded by Mark who at all times was keeping his eye on me to offer help as and when I needed it which made the shopping experience very comfortable-could not fault him in anyway.

Very helpful and knowlegable member staff Didn't try to push us into buying a bed explained about different mattresses overall a very nice experience at the store

Excellent service from Chris. - really looked after mum and her needs. Shame she has to wait over 2 weeks for delivery . Chris was very knowledgeable and very caring with mum.

After entering the store we were greeted by Mark in a very friendly but definitely not pushy way (even offering us tea or coffee). We explained we needed a new mattress suitable for sufferers of bad backs. He guided us around the showroom explaining the differences between firm to semi firm, foam topping, gel topping how many springs etc etc and in no time at all we had made our choice. He also asked if we needed new pillows, which we did and came away with two tempura pillows. The paperwork was dealt with very efficiently and everything was explained to us before signing. Very happy. Here’s to a good night sleep.

Your sales assistant was second to none,the product looks great even though we have only just placed the order.so as long as the rest of the service is as good happy days.price of the product was excessive,but we will see if it's worth the money

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble everything went very smoothly.the delivery was wonderful they let you know exactly what time it would arrive and they were very courteous I would definitely recommend anyone to shop at dreams it was a happy experience
