A Dreams assistant who asked us to call him “TK” was extremely patient and attentive. His product knowledge was superb. We went away with a leaflet. When wanted to place a firm order by telephone “TK” was once again most helpful. He is a credit to the company.

Mark who served us was great. Very helpful, gave us time and space to try the different products. Could not fault him.

The person who attended to us in the store was friendly, engaging and helpful. She helped us make a choice in a relatively quick time, given that we are replacing a 12 year old mattress from Furniture Village. The process was pleasant, though through no fault of the assistant, the post sales, where you sign several documents, was bit tiresome. That said, we were overall satisfied and will come again

The on line experience from selection to payment was straightforward and intuitive. the selection of product was also good. Your delivery guys were first class, polite, helpful and couldn't do enough.

Mark in Solihull branch was excellent. We told him what we wanted and he picked the perfect mattress for us straight away. He encouraged us to try others but he knew what he was talking about without putting any pressure on us. Highly recommend him.
