The assistant Akhtar was just the right amount of helpful but not pressurising which was appreciated, his product knowledge was excellent and he offered drinks and had a good sense of humour.

Sandra our assistant was very knowledgable and didn't try to push us into a sale, let us decide in our own time.

we new the sort of mattress we were looking for but the sales lady was quick to point us to the one that fitted the bill.

No old-up from the time i entered the store, to the time i left . And no pressure to buy.

The service I received from your friendly and knowledgable staff, in particular, TK and Rick, could not have been bettered and I have already made the decision to make Dreams, Solihull, my first priority for any further related purchases.

{TK08} Takunda Kahwa was extremely professional and friendly. He did not rush my Wife and I, he really focussed on us the customers. It was a truly great experience to be served by what I would consider to be a "Top Salesman" Additionally, the Delivery Men, Craig and Ryan that bought the mattress to my wife and I were really, really professional too. I can't speak highly enough of your Employees who were just brilliant !!!

We have visited several times and been assisted by Chris and TK, both of whom were very helpful. Chris in particular spent a lot of time with us helping us to narrow down our choice but not influencing our decision. He is very knowledgeable about the products and we felt comfortable taking his advice and he wasn't pushy.

This is not our first time we have purchased from dreams and as before the service was made very easy by very helpful staff

When we walked in the store which was not really busy at that time we were very pleased that no one appeared over pushy to make a sale. As assistant was close by and welcomed us to the store but we were left alone for a few minutes to look round the beds on our own but knew that assistance was at hand if and when we required it. The assistant was very pleasant and helpful and listened to our enquiry and gave us the various options for our purchase without the hard pushy sell which we had experienced in the previous store which we had been in. When we had made our purchase and left the store my husband and I felt that we had received the same efficient pleasant service on our small purchase as we would have done on a larger purchase and did not feel pressured into our sale.
