Nice to be able to look round the store first and not be overwhelmed by someone asking you if there's anything you need all the time. Chris helped when we asked and the information was just what we needed to know he took us through the order and payment and explained everything easily.

Greeted by friendly, professional member of staff. Very knowledgeable about all aspects and knew exactly what I was looking for. I felt he was not in a rush and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. He did not push me into spending more than I expected to and for all these reasons I decided to buy from Dreams.

Good choice of items to choose from. The sales person TK was very good, his knowledge was excellent and he was very polite and we never felt any sales pressure on either occasion we were in the store. Will return to this store in the future when shopping for bedroom furniture.

I took my father who is in a wheelchair to buy a new bed, the staff were very helpful even to the extent of moving mattresses onto different bed frames so my father could try out, as height getting in and out of bed is a big consideration. Chris completed the transaction (tea and coffee provided) and the whole experience was helpful and straight forward. Excellent customer service.

Made to feel at ease

Mark was very helpful in helping us choose what we wanted and modifying it to our taste, understanding our needs of difference in comfort of mattress, colour and design. Overall very attentive and happy to recalculate prices when we changed our mind!

Sandra the Assistant was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the goods bought without being pushy.
