The sales representative knew what she was talking about and was very efficient and good at advising

It was down to the service from Akhtar,the assistant who showed us all the products in which we were interested,his advice, knowledge and proffessionalism.

Everything we asked was given answers without being pressured

From the moment my Daughter and myself walked into the Solihull store we were warmly greated. We were both asked by one other salesman if we requuied any help in finding what we were looking for, and then another person came over to offer a drink which I accepted. Our salesman called Chris who we dealt with was smart, curtious and had an excellent knowledge of all the products we wanted to look at. He was patient and not pushy and allowed my daughter to take time over choosing the right mattress for her.

Lots of information given by the assistants as we looked at the beds etc. Explained our needs and we were pointed in the right direction for our choice.

Within a few minutes of entering the store, we were approached by Akhtar who asked if we required assistance. We said we did and told him what we were looking for. His knowledge was excellent; he listened to our requirements and provided options for us to look at. He was extremely friendly and pleasant and displayed an excellent example of how to approach customer service. Well done!
