Chris was really helpful from the start, we explained what we needed and he wasn't pushy but gave us space to try out the products and give us advice about the products we were interested in. Helped us to understand how the products worked and what would be the best option for us. Very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I cannot commend the Manager/Staff more highly. This is the second bed we have bought from them and on this occasion the crucial criteria was ascertaining if we could order and receive a single bed before Xmas. They were extremely helpful and flexible and ensured we will receive our order before Xmas. The e-mail follow up and information complemented the over excellent service we have received.

Sandra was really helpful, we explained what we were looking for and she gave us lots of different options. I had a couple of queries which she said she would call me about, and she did. When we returned to the store she remembered who we were and what we were after. We didn't feel pressured into anything and she made the whole transaction very easy. We're really looking forward to getting our new beds, if only every store assistant was like Sandra.

We were impressed with your staff & product although we had seen a similar product on line, we gave you the opportunity to price match, which you did hence you gained the sale. You deserved it as the overall experience of dreams was very satisfactory.

This is our second order for a Headboard this year.

My daughter was looking for a bed for her new house. She had no idea about mattresses at all but Sandra was incredibly patient explaining the differing types and being realistic with pricing. It was late on Friday night but Sandra was still bubbly and helpful so much so that I returned today to complete the purchase on behalf of my daughter. Luckily Sandra as working again and was just as helpful and efficient. The bed was a good looking bed and the mattress exchange within 40 nights is a great option in case you have made a mistake with the hard/ softness of the mattress.
