The man who attended to us in store 315- initials TK, was quite possibly one of the most kind, warm and friendly men ive ever been assisted by. I was with my mum looking for a new mattress. She is hard of hearing and can be quite nervous in nature when she is out of the house. She had also had a very bad back hence why we were looking for a new mattress. TK made me and my mum feel welcome, was patient and kind even when my mum asked him the same thing several times, allowed us time to think without any pressure and was really informative about the types of product we were viewing including telling us how some types of mattress can affect back conditions. We must have been in the store for less than an hour, our mattress was such a find at a discounted price and the delivery time......2 days! We were both so impressed. Thank you TK. You literally made my mums day, put a big smile on both our faces and my mum cannot wait to try out her new mattress.

We found the product that suits our needs and the sales person was helpful and efficient in helping with our purchase.

Excellent customer service

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions but was also sensitive enough to allow us time on our own to decide what to buy

We were well supported in our decision making by the assistant whose name is Mark. He was very informative, but most importantly gave us space to discuss our thought processes. He was empathetic which I really appreciated as often salespeople are pushy, don't give you time to think and leave you feeling hassled.

The store assistant understood our requirement and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision leading to a sale. He also was very friendly and understood time was a factor in our purchase today thus he ensured the transaction was speedly completed.

As we entered we were not bombarded by a staff member only approached after we had looked a little and asked if we would like some help. When we were receiving help the staff member answered all our question and helped us find what was right for us without overselling or pressuring us which is what we experienced in benson for beds and is why we chose dreams.

I was given all the advice and assistance I asked for and was not pressurised, if I had been I would probably left the the store. The staff were friendly and realistic and listened to what I wanted , the choice was also huge.
