I went with my husband to look for a new bed. We usually like to just look without feeling pressured by staff. But the staff - Sandra on this occassion - was friendly and informative, so we realized to make a bed choice we would need to know more about the mattresses. Sandra was called away and another member of staff came, also very friendly, but new so not as knowledgable. We found a bed and mattress we both agreed on and asked if there was a discount. Another member of staff became involved in this proceeding ?AT - he was also very friendly and businesslike. We rejected the first discount and agreed on the next. It was all done with humour and in a professional manner. Sandra returned to finish the transaction, explaining everything. We were there at least an hour and found the whole experience a positive one, which is pretty amazing when shopping with my husband!

Mark was very helpful on both visits we made to the store (and remembered us on our return which is always welcome). After an initial discussion he pointed us in the direction of the items that would best suit our needs and this ultimately resulted in our change of mind and purchasing a complete bed and mattress + new mattress + headboard when we had initially only thought to buy a new mattress

Mark was a very helpful sales person and gave us the time we needed to decide what we would like.

Sandra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to what our needs were and pointed us in the right direction, giving advice as we went round trying the mattresses. The choice was good and we didn't feel rushed into choosing.

Mark was the gentlemen who helped us choosing our bed. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to go to John Lewis to be honest, but after I visited your showroom and spoke to Mark I felt I didn’t need to look elsewhere.
