Good product knowledge and explanation from Mark. Friendly assistance from TK. Not pushy just informative. Didn't feel the "bid sell" approach that we found at other sellers.

I am a disabled man in a wheelchair. An assistant named Mark helped me find a suitable bed, after trying a few. He was very helpful and not pushy! He took time to explain about the different beds. I found what I needed. He also helped my wife find the ideal bed for her bad hip. He also offered us a drink. Over all a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone! Thank you.

Assistant was very helpful and not over bearing. Just the right level of friendliness. Delivery of the product was the next week which was very good and the fact that the product could be put together on arrival a real bonus! (Worth paying extra for in my experience)

Chris, who served us that afternoon was absolutely fantastic. We'd done a bit of research online and knew which frame we wanted but didn't know which mattress to go for. Chris was a great help in explaining the 5 different types of mattress, the colour coding and then asking us about what we were looking for from the product. Using that, he suggested a number of different options at different prices and different mattress-types, enabling us to make a decision which suited us. He made our life easy and made it a pleasure to shop at Dreams.

The understanding of our specific medical needs was fully understood by Chris who saw us. He encouraged us to try out the beds and fully explained the differences between various products. His own experiences with similar problems were brought into our conversation with tact and sympathy. Very satisfied.

PILLOW TALK Faye - a most courteous and attentive lady, Faye Foulkes, in your Marshall Lake Retail Park, Solihull store - gave us a PILLOW TALK card so that we might be able to comment on our transaction. From the moment we heard he enquiring voice asking if we needed any assistance, she treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. We had perchance read an article in the Waitrose weekly news about consideration to be made when choosing a bed - they were obviously advertising John Lewis' beds but it led us to asking about A MEDIUM BED and from then on Faye steered us expertly through the options, culminating in making our decision.
