the assistant was excellent. She allowed us time initially to look around. Asked if we needed help-was not pushy but was highly supportive. The key point was that she listened carefully and patiently-made analysis of our needs then offered potential solutions. Product knowledge was excellent and communication very clear and concise. Store very clean-greeted as we entered and a friendly farewell. treated almost as one of the staff with seating drinks and very warm atmosphere. it was like being at home.

Extremely helpful member of staff, Christopher. Very knowledgeable and attentive during our visit. Other staff (young female) was also very helpful and polite, offering us refreshments whilst we were attended to by Christopher. Products were great, nice to be able to see them before committing to buy.

This is the second time I have bought a product from Dreams with my son and both times we had a delightful sales woman who recognised us from our first sale. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She has a charming personality and made us feel very valued as customers.
