The assistant was very professional in his approach. Helpful without me feeling he was simply pressing for a sale at all cost. He respected my needs and explained the products without needing to impress me with a superior knowledge to my limited knowledge of the product. A very respectful person.

On arrival we were greeted by Kevin, he was friendly and very knowledgeable, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted. We were offered coffee/tea immediately, and then again when we were filling in the order. He was very professional and smartly dressed which made us feel confident that we had come to the right store for our purchase. Kevin invited us to try the beds we were interested in, he even fetched us pillows to make our experience as comfortable as possible. Kevin is a credit to your company.

I visited with knowing exactly what I wanted but unfortunately this product was not available however Kevin provided the appropriate information to enable me to easily choose an alternative.
