The salesman was helpful and knowledgable without being pushy and overbearing. We had been putting off buying a mattress for months as we're concerned it would be too difficult but Achtar made it a fun and pleasant experience.

I received excellent friendly service from Chris who helped me select the new mattress I was actually looking for and then with the bedroom furniture that I chose to purchase at the same time.

I thought I could work everything out for myself but actually Chris wasn't pushy but guided us and we soon realised that actually it was much better to listen to his advice and it was much quicker with his knowledge as he understood our requirements and made some excellent suggestions. We needed a space under the bed to store table leaves but Chris recommended an Ottoman bed that would allow us to store the leaves in there far more easily. Also we were after 2 single beds for 1 room but actually we could mix and match to get our exact requirements. A cup of coffee always goes down well😄

Our needs were fully looked after with any worries we had with the furniture fitting onto the bedroom. The salesman was great even giving us a lovely cup of coffee while we were walking round the shop. Nothing was to much trouble. It is one of the best shops we have looked round if not the best......

we visited a few bed stores today and have to say the assistant Sandra was very helpful,patient,understanding and overall very friendly and approachable the store was laid out in a very good manner and very clean in relation to some of the others we were given plenty of time to consider our options which is why we returned to the store to make our purchase Overall Excellent
