This was an impulse buy, we were just looking to see how much a new mattress would be to replace our Millbrook. We paid roughly the same (£1,700) 15 years ago wanting a mattress that would last and believe we found it - you have to pay for quality - and Dreams delivered.

Friendly service and not to pushy In selling and has plenty of time to look around

There was some easily available in store and although he had another customer he was willing to speak to us. He was friendly and engaging and had good product knowledge.

We visited Dreams Solihull, which is local to us. We did not have to wait around, we were looking around and a polite young gentleman approached us and assisted us, he was very knowledgeable on all the products we asked about, he was very fast on figuring out what we were after we appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy. We were very impressed with the delivery time which was 8 days from the order date. My husband is pretty good with assembling items so we opted to assemble the bed our selves. Even though we are assembling our selves we were advised that the delivery drivers will take the bed upstairs to our bedroom at our request which will be very helpful. From the time we walked into the store until the time the order was processed everything was dealt with swiftly and we didnt have to wait ages to go through the whole process, which was great. I feel that we got a great price on a good quality, attractive and solid bed. Overall we had a great experience at Dreams and wouldnt hesitate to order again from Dreams or to recommend Dreams to our Family and Friends.
