We looked around was greeted very quickly and asked if we needed assistance, once we choice the bed we where seated and dealt with by Akhtar who is a really nice guy, and a pleasure to deal with.

As a customer I had specific requirements which were met . The sales assistant Kevin was very understanding with my requirements and was extremely patient during my visit at the store. Thank you

Sandra was friendly, informative & had a lovely manner plus most important for us she wasn't pushy or hard sale. We initially said we would think about and she was lovely about it then we decided to go for it and sought her out and again she was delightful.

Great service and price, great communication with the sales man

Sales person came over immediately to explain colour coding then asked if we needed help or whether we would be happier trying beds on our own. Once we told him we were happy alone, he left us but explained if we needed help, he would be more than happy to help. We didn't feel pressured and were able to take our time making our selection and then Daren was immediately helpful with the questions we asked. The order process was easy and delivery is fine. Overall, at this time, very happy.

I was pleased with the overall experience and intend to return this week for another mattress for my daughter's bed. Thank you.
