The finance options were explained to us well which was very helpful.

Daren was extremely helpful and my bed was picked and ordered within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the customer service of all the staff was impeccable.

The assistant explained the colour coding used to make it easier to find specific types of mattresses. I had always felt awkward before trying out mattresses but the assistant put me at my ease and actively encouraged lying on the mattresses to test them properly and spend as long as needed. The assistant was also helpful with pillows, handing us various different types to try and explaining what they were. Aside from all the help though we were also left alone to try and discuss, with the assistant readily on hand for any extra help required

Once we found a store with children's beds to look at I found that the customer service was excellent and the range available great. Lots to look and a decide which one was most suitable. as soon as we found the right one someone was available to take our order and take us through the necessary paperwork. (FYI - the other two stores we tried were also extremely helpful)

Sandra was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. We did not feel under pressure to make a purchase. We felt at ease in the store even though we had a slightly restless/bored toddler. We didn't feel as though we were unwelcome with a child.

I wanted a wardrobe and chest of drawers. I had researched these at your on-line shop so I knew what I was looking for. I visited your store at the Sears Retail Park in Shirley, Solihull. The assistant, Christopher, was very helpful and gave me time to consider my purchase. I was really pleased with the quality and this made my decision easy. The administrative part of the purchase was easy enough too. Overall a very pleasant experience, can't wait for them to be delivered. Thank you.
