Dreams - Solihull

From the moment we walked in we werent pestered by staff, but they were there to help we needed... great advice and guidance was given by Akhtar.. absolutely spot on. Really satisfied by the staff, assistance and quality of products.... only thing i would say was the secretary that answered the phone when i called up the next day was a little bit blunt and got a bit under my skin... but im being a bit picky about that... so on the whole fantastic

Staff were very friendly. Akhtar, who dealt with us was very knowledgable and availabilty/delivery time was satisfactory.. The only problem was that we ordered two Sealey Posturepeadic pillows and there was only one on stock...

The lady who assisted me was friendly but not over the top had great knowledge of the beds gave me great advice

We were greeted by a very pleasant and professional lady. She took time to understand our requirements and pointed us in the right direction to try and satisfy our needs. The order process was very good, simple and quick. All down to the very good lady who served us. Must make mention of the delivery of the mattress. The two guys were a credit to your company. Not only did they take great care in taking the mattress upstairs to avoid any scuffs, but they did it with an extremely pleasant and humourus attitude

Aichtar your staff member was very helpful and appeared to know his product well and was able to answer our question without hesitation.

I was helped by Christopher at the Shirley store. He was very informative but not pushy, just helpful.

Very helpful staff who took time out to fully explain things. Also they gave us various options available.

Sandra was a very good sales lady. I have tried to complete ur on line pillowith talk to enter into your monthly draw. I gave all the correct details but it stated it did not recognise my details. That was a waste of my time😣

It was a great experience buying a bed. We have been to more than one shops but what we like about Dreams was the colleague who served us. Akhatar (If I remember correctly) was very good, he provided all the information which ever we asked. He was not pushing for any of the bed which we like the most, he understood our requirement and showed all that he got in store. One more thing I liked was the billing process it was very smooth he explained it very correctly, confirmed everything more than once. we will definitely visit Dreams if we need anything else in future.

Chris was very helpful and friendly. He offered great advice as we did not know what sort of mattress we wanted and he took us through all the different combinations and helped us find what was best for us. He was not pushy and allowed us time to think before deciding on a bed.
