We recently purchased a new bed and mattress from Daren at the store in Shirley and was surprised at how easy and relaxed it was to find a suitable set for our requirements. We had our 4 year old daughter with us who can easily get bored in these situations but Daren made the effort to involve her in the process which kept her interested (this is something that really helped with our purchase). Another thing we was happy with after Daren has showed us the relevant items to our needs I was upfront and honest and said we are just going to have a look at Benson's for Bed's as it's literally 100 yards away to get an idea of their prices, this sort of thing normally agitates sales people and they normally go over the top and push you to buy but Daren simple said "I completely understand, take your time and I'll see you soon" we went to Benson's but it was the complete opposite with pushy sales people, higher prices and a non-relaxed environment so we went straight back to Daren who said "I knew you'd be back, everyone does". That I now completely agree with. We then completed the transaction which was a bit slow due to the IT issues the branch was having.

Good advice and knowledge by the sales assistance

The sales people were very friendly and not overly pushy and knew the product information and details of the order I placed.

Your Staff member was extremely helpful and patient. Gave me plenty of information which was helpful to assist me to make my choice. Hopefully I will be satisfied with the bed I've chosen.

Staff good, order quickly processed, sales consultant seemed to know the difference in product well (traditional springs, pocket sprung etc).

Chris very helpful and knowledgeable. Also great to deal with staff who are friendly and have a good sense of humour.
