I had previously purchased from this Store a mattress for visitors, not needing a particularly robust item and was glad to have Noel's explanation of different qualities in each style of mattress, and the ideal for constant use.

Staff gave enough time to try all different types of mattress

Member of staff was helpful, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. We were given plenty of time to try out several beds, given comprehensive information about the product, and the offers available. We didn't feel pressurised to buy and were offered a prompt delivery date. The delivery team contacted us in advance to confirm the delivery date and time. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient in removing the old bed and putting the new one in place.
