Dreams - Solihull

We bought a new mattress which was great value and very comfortable. The shop assistant that served me had a good understanding of what i was looking for and spent time explaining all the varieties, he was very patient and we finally found the mattress i was looking for. Overall had a good shopping experience and was happy with the assistance.

Our assistant Akhtar was excellent, with astute interpretation of needs. The right balance of pleasant but not over familiar. Cleverly interpreted what we wanted.

We were greeted immediately but did not feel pounced upon. Advice was informative without being pushy. Our needs and wants were considered and suggestions made accordingly. AKHTAR was the colleague that assisted us, he was so helpful and made our visit to the store a pleasure. He is an asset to the store with excellent customer service skills.

A lady named Sandra helped me . Even with things I had not gone in for . .but was glad she surgested them .as I tried them and bought them .

The service was perfect from the first gentleman who served us, who helped me pick out the best bed for me, to the lady who finished my order at the desk with a cup of coffee. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The customer service was fantastic, we were treated very well and given refreshments on arrival. Sandra was very friendly and we could recommend to friends and family to use Dreams!

loads of choice, very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff (Chris) gave us lots of options and was eager to ensure that we purchased the correct product for us. My husband is very ill and therefore I did not want any hassle with the purchase and although Chris was and is not aware of it his professional and kind manner put us at ease and we sailed through the process. I am very pleased with our purchase and the customer care that we have thus far received.

Staff members were helpful but not intrusive, gave us all the information we needed, pointed us in the right direction for the items we were looking for, offered us drinks, placed the order quickly and efficiently, and were overall extremely friendly

The staff looked after us very well and made us both feel very relaxed
