Dreams - Solihull

After visiting so many furniture stores I finally found the bed I was looking for at Dreams. Quality and style of bed is exactly what I was looking for :)

Excellent customer service. Colleague Akhtar at Solihull branch was very friendly polite and knowledge about the items we were interested in purchasing. He took time to explain all our options and was patient whilst we made our choices. Buying from Dreams was a pleasant experience and this in no small way was down to your colleague

I called the store to check that an Airbed was available then went in later the same day to collect..The staff members were polite very welcoming and friendly.

We had visited the store the previous day to compare the value of the products. Akhtar was extremely helpful in pointing out the products that we were interested in, putting a selection of pillows out, and allowed us to take our time to try the beds out without being intrusive. We were given a coffee and left to browse. We took the quote for the items we decided were best and went away to consider, again, without feeling that we had to make an immediate decision. When we returned to complete the order we first checked that we were still happy with the items selected. Once more we were shown a courteous, non-invasive approach by Akhtar and his colleagues. A welcome experience in purchasing something we find difficult.

We were helped by Daren, who had lots of patience with us while we tried out several different makes of beds. did not hover or push any particular make or style and listened to our needs.

Highly knowledgable, friendly and courteous salesman (Chris) attended to our requirements. Chris wasn't at all 'pushy' like a lot of sales people and was it was a pleasure doing business with him!

The assistance we received was excellent. Very helpful but not pressurised. We visited other stores after Dreams, but returned to place our order partly due to the assistance we had received from your friendly staff

Prompt attention from Chris who was very friendly and did not feel under any pressure the item was explained to us and it fitted our needs exactly. We came home to check our measurements and then returned to the store where Chris attended to us
