Dreams - Solihull

We have purchased from Dreams before and were satisfied then with the Solihull Store and the assistance and friendliness of the staff. Daren this time was very informative and could answer all our questions. Would definitely return and recommend.

The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. I didn't really know what I wanted. They showed amazing patience and was more than willing to give me all their attention and help. The lady that served me was happy to explain the different types of mattress and we laughed and joked together. I felt very happy and satisfied when I left the store. I will definitely go there again

We were served at the Solihull store by 'Noel'. My husband and i both commentated on what a good salesman he was,not pushy or intrusive, he was friendly approachable,knew the products and came up with solutions to our problems. He was excellent.

Chris, the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Even finding out if I get hot or cold whilst sleeping so he could advise on either a foam or gel topper. I also liked that he was happy to help but then gave us time to walk around the store on our own rather than constantly being in your face like I experienced at other companies.

I find the sales assistant Faye to be very friendly, full of knowledge, patient and not at all pushy. We were offered a cup of coffee/tea. I found her advice to be very helpful, and also found her colleague to be very helpful when he demonstrated some of the headboards available. Basically I usually find buying things like beds where there is a lot of choice and its difficult to find the right product to be quite stressful. But Faye, along with her colleague, took away a lot of the stress and I am happy with the product I chose.
