The person who assisted me explained the different mattresses, he had me try various mattresses to make sure that I selected the correct one. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, very patient and friendly. We were so impressed that my dad who lives down south also placed a separate order for two mattresses

The assistant, Sandra, listened to my requirements but also suggested products for me to consider. She explained about the different types and was patient whilst I considered a couple of mattresses and encouraged me to try as many times as I liked.

On entering the store, I felt overwhelmed by the choice of products. I basically knew what I wanted - and thankfully, help arrived quickly with one of the salespersons. This saved a lot of time, because there was a two-way interaction of questions and knowledge. I ordered what I thought I wanted - but, decided the next day to have a different product. The order was amended promptly - after again more interaction with the salesperson - just to make doubly sure I was happy with my purchase. I have previously bought a Single Headboard from Dreams - and am very happy with that purchase. Therefore had no hesitation to order the same in a Double Headboard. The cup of coffee whilst paperwork was being done was also very welcome! Time spent with a customer is very important for a good customer experience (unfortunately a rarity these days). Well done!

Faye our sales lady in Solihull was excellent

We were greeted by a lovely sales assistant called Faye who my partner and I really took a shine too. Both members of staff who were on shift where delightful and very helpful friendly and down to earth.
