Dreams - Solihull

Very satisfied with the help given by the young man who assisted me and my husband. i believes name was aktar.

I went into the dreams store in Solihull sears retail park, a lovely gentleman took my details to tell me when the bed I wanted would next go down in price, he called me the next day to say the bed had been reduced by £50, I thought that was so helpful and something I've never experienced when shopping for anything, went in the next day, bought the bed no problem at all, all the staff were lovely and even through in the duvet on display which I loved! Even kept the store open till my mum and dad finished their coffee, so pleased and would like to thank all the staff at the Solihull branch for being so helpful!

A member of staff at the store called Sandra made my visit very pleasant. I've been a few times now & Sandra was always there with a pleasant smile. She also went out of her way to get me the item I really wanted to purchase. This very complex transaction was made pleasant by Sandra.

The staff were incredibly friendly without being aggressive sellers. They were very knowledgeable about the product range. They made us feel comfortable and gave us a cup of tea.

My partner and I came to dream to purchase a new mattress. We entered the store and we where approached by chris. He made us freel at ease straight away. He offered us a drink and asked us how he could help. We explained what we were looking for and he then explained all our options in great detail. His product knowledge was excellent. We left the store to consider our options. We returned to the store today to make our purchase. Chris again took the time to make sure we where completely happy before we paid for our mattres.

The person who dealt with us was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even phoned another store to check its stock.

The representative was friendly and extremely helpful. She discussed our needs and allowed us to look and try all of our options.
