Very good overall service from selection through to payment.

There was a great deal of choice, we needed a bed which could be delivered on a specific date at quite short notice and Christopher made everything very easy for us. We were even offered a drink which is not something that happens in many stores.

We received a friendly greeting on arrival. We were asked what range of goods we were interested in and gradually worked through our questions until we narrowed down that we were wanting single divan beds not bedframes with mattresses. We were offered other items eg mattress protector but did not require these. Any questions we raised were answered in a direct and informative way. Altogether it was a pleasure to shop in your store. The beds will arrive within a fortnight so we have enough time to prepare the room, taking out the old beds.
