We were served by Noel, a really nice man who told us exactly what we needed to know, explained about the different coloured pillows on each bed, we thought it was a brilliant system. He was very helpful but not pushy, a totally enjoyable experience.WELL DONE NOEL.

Me & Connor are 22 with our first mortgage. It's all a bit daunting that we need so much & knowing what's best. We roughly knew what we wanted (an ottoman bed). The moment we walked through the doors we was greeted by smiley people! Immediately we was asked if we was ok by Sandra, I told her exactly what we was looking for & she took me straight there. We found the perfect bed & instantly liked it. It didn't occur to us that we would need a mattress too! Sandra kindly took us around lying on all the beds. We was offered drinks, nothing seemed forced & everything felt so relaxed & easy. Once we decided on what we wanted Sandra went through the helpful finance options. This really suited us but we was worried that as our mortgage hadn't gone all the way through yet, applying for the finance now might change our mortgage price. Sandra sat us down & suggested that we pay a deposit and then apply for the finance a week before the bed is delivered. We was over the moon. We took insurance out and actually got free pillows and a waterproof mattress topper! We hadn't even planned to purchase anything & in the end left happy. Sandra was great, she was so helpful & knew all there was to know.

The lad that served us was knowledgeable and very helpful. Also patient and shared a sense of humour too.

I do not like to me 'hassled' whilst looking for products, however the Dreams assistant informed me of what needed to know then left me and the family to look around at our leisure assisting when required. This suited me perfectly.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied. Such a lovely shop, I will definatly recommend it to my friends.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and did not pressurise us.

I object to pushy sales techniques. Faye was interested in our needs and was informative without being over bearing. She instantly moved away to allow my husband and I time to consider the options in private. From a sales aspect, she did you proud in getting us to sample the different quality of igel mattresses which resulted in us buying the most expensive!

Went in to get a bed for myself but ended up getting one for my folks. We were assisted by a salesman called Mark. I was looking for an ottoman but restricted by width... Unfortunately There wasn't anything suitable for myself, However Mark showed me the different types available and spent time explaining my options. Mark was very pleasant and not pushy at all. Due to this I decided to treat my folks to a bed. Mark was very accommodating showing different bases and mattresses. Even when I said I'm going to check a competitor his tone or attitude did not change. Definitely recommend him and Dreams
