Sales person (Noel) was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to bring a Tempur Cloud Pillow around the store whilst I tried different mattresses. Gave succinct information about the various options available. Noel was not pushy, which I appreciated, but informative.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank u mark and Darren (Shirley retail park) also the boys who delivered were a happy duo. I was kept informed on delivery receiving a call on the morning. Please can u thank them all. The service couldn't have been better.

Because i already knew what i was looking for and as soon as i told the assistant, he directed me to 2 or 3 choices and i wasnt overwhelmed with too many.

We were treated with patience and everything was explained. We were given time on our own to discuss without being pestered by any member of staff. We were Offered and took coffee twice while we made our decision. We were treated with courtesy throughout and given all the information we needed on request and if the staff were not sure they went away and checked everything and came back answering our questions. We went to Dreams in Solihull Retail Park as we were visiting family in the area. Our delivery is coming to Scotland. The person who helped us throughout with both knowledge patience and humour was Noel. Well done Noel and thank you for your help and support whilst we made our decision
