The staff (Noel) were very impressive and knew the product range very well. Full detail of the beds and mattress are provided and we felt that he provided all answers and more to our questions, the time he spent with us he gave us full attention and made us feel important, but we never felt under any pressure. Sales techniques were very well presented. The store was the first one we went into on the estate and we didn't have any plans to make the purchase in the first store, but we felt comfortable with Noel, the product and the price so we bought the product
