Dreams - Solihull

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The store was not busy at the time. I was offered a drink which l had (but there were no chocolate sprinkles). All in all a very smooth operation which was enjoyable.

I visited the store to browse first before I made my mind up which bed I wanted to purchase, I was given very good information on the Flaxby bed that I was interested in, and went away to look at others but decided the Dreams bed I had looked at was the one I wanted. I then made the purchase over the phone and was more than satisfied with the service I was given

your store was able to full fill my needs to choose a comfortable bed which was within my price range : Staff appeared interested in their customers.

Noel who works at your Solihull shop was extremely helpful, friendly and approach able. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so patient and courteous as we couldn't make up our mind. He went over everything several times allowing us to take our time and feel happy with our decision. At the same time not rushing us or pressurising us into a sale. He is areal asset and credit. If he could receive this feedback at all it would be nice as I would imagine in can be tough at times working with some grumpy customers. This shop had a nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere as we also were able to see the other staff in action too and we had been in a few others ! Well done. We hope we will be pleased with the bed when it is delivered next week. Best wishes to you all

First visit to this Dreams store - me and my partner were amazed and blown away by the outstanding customer service that we received from a very fine gentleman named Noel. As soon as we entered the store Noel greeted us in a very welcoming and friendly manner. We had no idea where to look! So Noel came over to us and offered his help. Unfortunately Dreams do not stock the item we were after... although Noel was very helpful, knowledgable and even offered us a cup of tea! We ended up purchasing two, very fine pillows! Noel was happy to serve us again, he was attentive and was very interested in what we both had to say. Honestly, we will be returning on the pure fact that Noel will be there again. Bed frame and mattress bought in the sale so obviously happy with the price. I wasn't pressurised into buying any items, including non-sale items, but was advised accordingly when I asked questions which is something I like. I like assistants to be there for advice without being hassled to buy. I forget the lady's name but she was very friendly, a good member of staff. It was at the Shirley branch where I made my purchase. Also, feel the quality is good at Dreams.

Friendly informative help and advice without being pushy. Coffee also was delicious. Yes, expensive but not bought bed for many years. Look forward to receiving
