I found what I was looking for, and it was delivered on time.

I was greeted very quick by Chris in store. He listened to what my requirements were due to the measurements I needed and showed me all available beds. We then both narrowed down what I could have in terms of my particular colour. Then he sat with me to get a price on the bed and mattress. No way was he pushy in terms of getting a sale. I then left the store to make a phone call to my partner as he wasn't with me at the time. I then returned to the store to confirm the purchase where I was met by another staff member who started my order and Chris took over when he was free.

The gentleman that assisted us called Mark could not have been anymore helpful than he was, he had a lovely manner and was not pushy at all however was extremely helpful and accommodating. We couldn't make the order straight away as we needed to return home to check some measurements, Mark told us when he would be available the next day and his kindness ensured that we wanted to return and make the order with him as we trusted he would fulfil it for us. Excellent customer service, thank you, Mark is a credit to your company.

Friendly, knowledgeable member of staff who was prepared to take time to explain different types of Tempur mattresses. Competitive price. Pleasant atmosphere without feeling pressured.

I was approached by the salesman immediately and he stayed with me and showed me various options. I was offered tea or coffee and given various pillow to try with the various mattresses. Extremely pleased with service.

I have previously shopped at another branch of Dreams, but found a wider choice here. The colour coding of the mattresses I.e red for medium to firm was particularly helpful. Your colleague Daren gave information when requested and allowed me to wander round without interruption but answered queries when asked. He was informative without being pushy, which is not always the case in other stores. The coffee was a nice touch. All in all a very positive experience.

Staff excellent. Faye appeared very knowledgeable ad was most helpful. All staff seemed friendly. Cannot comment on quality yet - goods not yet delivered
